Refund Policy

1. General Provisions

The Platform provides users with the ability to place orders for digital products and independently select service providers (“Tuners”) to perform the requested services.

By placing an order through the Platform, the User confirms that they:

  • independently provide all necessary information required for the completion of the order;
  • independently select the service provider based on their own decision and trust in the Platform;
  • understand the nature of digital services and digital content;
  • agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

2. Reservation of Funds

After the order is confirmed and the service provider is selected, the User’s funds are reserved by the Platform until the order is completed.

The exchange of contact information and the beginning of direct interaction between the User and the service provider are only possible after order confirmation and payment reservation.

3. Digital Products and No Automatic Refunds

All services and materials provided through the Platform are considered digital products.

Once the User has received the digital product, source files, work results, or access to them, automatic refunds are not available.

The User understands and agrees that a digital product cannot be “returned” once it has been delivered or accessed.

4. Disputes and Claims Review

In the event of disputes related to the quality, content, or fulfillment of an order, the matter shall be reviewed between:

  • the service provider (“Tuner”);
  • the Platform administration;
  • the customer.

The Platform reserves the right to request additional materials, correspondence, files, or other evidence necessary for reviewing the dispute.

Any decision regarding the dispute shall be made by the Platform administration based on the information provided and the internal rules of the service.

5. Exceptions

Refund requests may only be considered in cases of:

  • confirmed fraud;
  • complete inability of the service provider to deliver the service;
  • other exceptional circumstances determined by the Platform administration.

6. User Agreement

By using the Platform and confirming an order, the User acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy and accepts the dispute resolution procedures described above.
